Ms. Ngoc is very nice, and gave me late check-out even though the hotel is super busy. All staff is very nice and helpful. The room is big and comfortable with Japanese standard. Breakfast is perfect and has some healthy Japanese food. From the old town to the hotel can walk around 20 minutes and 5 minutes by taxi. I recommend the hotel for both business trips and leisure trips. We will come back again. Thank you very much. NP

The hotel is small, cozy but the room is lovely, quite airy, very cute, nice decor, fully furnished, unexpectedly, including iron and bridge, very convenient for guests. The staff is siu lovely, good and polite. I will recommend to my friends.

Highly recommended. Close to many tourist attractions in Hanoi. The rooms are very comfortable and the service is excellent. Plus, they have an iron available upon request.
