Checked in there for a family trip, and I got a pleasant experience for the location, cleanliness, and very helpful staff. Thank you.

The hotel gives us the best view to Gentala Arasy Bridge and Batanghari River which are Jambi City's icons, so you can enjoy the scenery while having a meal in their restaurant. The hotel is also connected to the WTC mall, which is kind of convenient for guests to buy something, watch movies at the cinema, and/or just simply have a meal. The staff were so helpful with our needs too. Plus, the price is reasonable. We'd love to come back here again when visiting the City of Jambi for sure 😊.

My stay at the Luminor Hotel in Jambi was very pleasant. The room was clean, and the toilet was super comfortable, making me want to take a shower all the time. The breakfast was also very complete.

The staffs were so helpful and kind, the food was great, despite the lack of parking area, I do cherish the Christmas festivities here. Absolutely will come back to stay at Aston when we visit Jambi.

The front office staff member named LINDA was very professional and efficient during the check-in and check-out process. All the staff were friendly, always greeted us with a smile, and were ready to help at any time.
