Thel location of the property was perfect, the motel was very comfortable and it suited our needs beautifully. I will stay at this motel any time I am in Ballina again.
The pool is really nice and quiet large and if the day had been a bit warmer I would have had a swim.

The Ballina Palms is very well run and maintained. The bed was very comfortable and warm for winter nights.
While located in a quiet street. A good range of shops, cafes and pubs were within an easy driving distance.

Large spacious room and very quiet at night. Even got some fresh coffee bags and a coffee plunger. Have stayed here before and will stay again for sure.

The room was very spacious and generous. We found the mattress uncomfortably, a bit lumpy. Close to restaurants and town centre but would need to drive to most of them.

My only criticism is that the kitchen was designed for tall people. I am 152 cm and the bench was up to my chest and appliances unreachable. Other than that it was more than satisfactory and would recommend it.

No noise from other rooms which was excellent.
Would recommend to tied travelers.

The motel, gardens and rooms were immaculate. The Thai inspired decor made it a lot more special than your usual motel experience and more like a mini tropical resort. Wonderful staff so very helpful with an after hours check in.

The room was very large with nice decor. It was quiet. However the bed was very uncomfortable with hard sides and sank in the middle. We did not have a good rest after a long drive.

Great room, modern revovation to the room with a nice tropical/beacy vibe, very well equipped kitchen and bathroom amenities, good location and easy parking. Pool is under reno but no need for it now in winter any way but would love to see how it turns out when done. The only fault I could find at all was the showerhead,literally only thing, loved the property
