1st time here, check ✔️ in was quick & my room was ready early. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Parking was easy with a fee. 1 bedroom apartment was spacious & clean, bathroom was small, views were great from the 69th floor but now that theirs another tower being built opposite the views will be blocked some what. Location is great walking distance to everything, just across the road from botanical gardens.

Because I was arriving at the airport early in the morning with my mother in her 70s and my elementary school-aged son, I had hoped to check in early. I had inquired in advance via message, but was told that it would depend on when the room was ready. When I actually went to check in a little after 9:00 a.m., an Asian staff member at the front desk assisted me. She was very kind and welcoming, and even allowed me to check in early free of charge. As we were quite tired, I truly appreciated this gesture.

I always enjoy staying at Brisbane Skytower. Everything during my last stay was perfect. A special thank you to Ili, who made the stay particularly pleasant with his kindness and professionalism. Whenever I have the opportunity to come to Brisbane, I return to the same place. It truly feels a bit like my second home when I am in the city. The location is excellent — very central and close to everything. The apartments are also wonderful: comfortable, well equipped, and they really make you feel as if you are at home. I look forward to my next stay.

Ridiculous parking situation, apartment was very sparse with cheap furniture. Pool on level 60 was very strange, not big enough to do laps and had big open wi does at top which actually made it really cold ( pool was warm but unless shoulders were under it felt really cold in there.
