Great location, lady on reception sorted an early check in around 11.00 am after we arrived at 8.00 am Didn’t see much in the way of food offerings in the hotel but there are lots in the area.

I'm not typically a person who goes out of their way to leave an in-depth review and if I do it's generally because of how good it was. This is not one of those times. I am a low maintenance traveler, I don't require much and most hotels will never hear from me. My only limitation is that I am allergic to feather pillows, it's a very uncomfortable experience, I try and make that clear with every establishment and never have issues as every reasonable establishment will just replace them if they're there and no issue. Not this venue. When I went down after the first night, I told the front desk and asked them if they could replace and turn down the bed. To which the response I got was: we don't have feather pillows and we don't clean the rooms until the second night. Taken aback, I try and be reasonable. I explain my allergies, and that I'm pretty certain it's feather. He just stands there. I then ask can at the very least can someone go to the room to check and replace the feather ones if they're there. The person begrudgingly agrees, and I return a few hours later to find one additional pillow and scruffy cover in a corner, with all the original pillows still where I left them. I took off the pillow covers and found two of the pillows were feather with no label tags on them. I've never seen such a response from a hotel and being so confidently wrong. No daily sheet changes? What is this? Would it book again

The room was terrible,stains on the pillows and on the quilts.Shower hadn't been cleaned, mould on the floor and on the ceiling.... Only positive was the reception staff and the refund they provided in regards to the issues.

It’s very well located and was convenient for my visit. The desk staff is exceptionally kind and gracious. I’ve seen reviews about the cleanliness - they cleaned the room every three days and that worked fine for me. Having laundry facilities was convenient.

Great central location near Chinatown. Large room (regular studio). Great pool for lap swimming. Friendly staff. Easy access to tram on street outside. Room could've been cleaner (skirting boards were dirty/dusty) but bed linen was nice and bed was comfortable.

Great location. Close to China town, bars, restaurants, public transport, easy to walk everywhere. Our room was suitable for a 2 night stay but i felt the shower cpuld have been cleaner. Room is dark due to how close the neighboring buildings are.

The location was superb, being along the free tram route and close to many restaurants and sights, as well as Chinatown. We found a lovely coffee place right out the side door of the building! Rooms were clean enough, but shower tiles and floor could be cleaned and dusted a bit more. Overall, we loved it and would stay here again.
