Great staff, very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately due to health issues and time constraints, we didn't get to use the pool or the gym this time. We definitely hope to use them on our next trip though. Great price, very accessible

Mould / green around bath drain was indicative of the standard.

We had a wonderful stay, quiet, peaceful, clean and great location. Staff were lovely and super informative. Highly recommend.

Access was good and they were friendly, but there was a lot of dust on the table and floor, the bed sheets were wrinkled, and I told the reception several times that the internet wasn't working, but it didn't work.

The apartment is spacious and located to ammenities. The downside is that there are cockroaches in the kitchen and we have to purchase a surface spray to get rid of them. The bed is also tough not comfortable. The bathroom is tired with joinery surfaces chipped and peeling. Overall it is an average hotel and could improve on hygiene.

The apartment is abt 10min walk to the central station but not on a flat road. Some lovely parrots came in the morning on the balcony.

Good central location, close to transport links and walkable to CBD. Good size with full kitchen and laundry. Generally clean, bed linen and towels, floors etc. Bathroom in particular and kitchen were covered in mould which really needs to be addressed! They take a security deposit off you, which if you use a credit card is a pain as they actually charge your card rather than place a hold on it. They don't explain this to you at check in, you get an email after you check out asking for options to refund! Don't know why they can't just use the hold facility or at least confirm refund details at check in! Charging a card inevitably incurs a cost with exchange rate fluctuations and conversion charges :-(

I'm glad i changed my accomodation to this place after reading bad review of previous booked place. Frisco apartment is clean and modernly furnished. The double bed is too low and old, it needs upgrading. The quilted bedcover folded in cupboard is old, stained and needs replacement. Highly recommend value for money, would come back to it anytime.

Although in a great location close to city amenities and transport, this was otherwise a very disappointing property. The apartment is in a very poor condition and quite dirty. Stained and threadbare carpet, couches and bed; blocked and stinking drains; rusty, mouldy, chipped and stained bathroom fittings and tiles. Wi-Fi internet router reboots every few minutes so is nearly unusable. We attempted to use the provided vacuum cleaner but it filled the apartment with a disgusting smell. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was very noisy, and wouldn’t work without the bedroom light also being on. Many other issues, but overall the property is probably more fitting for a student flat rather than a holiday apartment.

Location is great. Only a short walk to the city. Polite staff at reception. Room was pretty dirty, caked dust under the furniture, uncomfortable bed and bathroom grout was cracked and mouldy. Would not stay again because of room condition.
