First time staying at the hilton as its been on the list for a long time. Location and view was great. Very noisy on the balcony as its above the nightclubs.
Some basic things were missjng. We had to requesr a bag for the garabe bin in the bathroom. I asked for a hair straighter and they djdnt have one to borrow

The restaurant food was uninspiring. The Buffett breakfast looked ok at first but so many disappointing selections. Room we booked was supposed to view the ocean but ours didn’t.

Incredibly noisy, not remotely clean, shaved hairs on the shower walls, limited EV charging that works intermittently and took us two days to get into, with people sitting their cars there. Breakfast was not great, average at best. We had to get ear plugs just to do the noise from clubs, but worse there was a high pitch squealing from under the door. Engineering came up to fix/adjust door seal. Didn't help very much and they didn’t offer any other suggestions except ear plugs. Pool is shared with all buildings, residential, smells like urine and excessive levels of chlorine. Gym was okay. Pillows are very old, as are all furnishings. Linen not changed and dust everyone, room “servicing” occurred no earlier than 2-3pm - when requested… Would not return or recommend
