Breakfast was OK

Very disappointing. Got 5 rooms for a week. mine did not have a phone. was told by the lady manning the reception that they got in touch with me about it when THEY DID NOT. Plus she rudely just shrugged it off as something I had to live with. REALLY? Whats worse - the room shares a room with a club. So when the holiday came in and the weekend it was SO LOUD! Not to mention the room was not cleaned twice when i asked for it to be cleaned. I just have to say -- its REALLY disappointing hence my feedback. There were some members of the staff who were very nice and accommodating not only the rude young lady. Rooms are dated as well and the hotel does not have a car access for easier ingress and egress. Not to leave everything in a negative light, the location was great! Its right smack in the center of the happening. So thats something good about the hotel.

I regularly Stay at the Ibis World Square when visiting Sydney. Staff are friendly Courteous and wonderful at what they do All in all great service

The hotel room a bit old and have a bit mouldy smell when checking in. The location is good and convenient though.

Only if you must. My room had no phone. Was NOT cleaned twice. Reservation mishap due to breakfast. One elevator out of 2 broke down twice. The young lady at the front desk was SO rude and could care less in providing a solution to my phone issue. She told me i was contacted but I was not. She Literally told me to live with it. Very rude and arrogant. I need it since i have 4 other rooms booked. And this is in spite of the fact that I have booked for 5 rooms for 7 nights! Room given to me sounded like it shared a wall with a night club and had to asked to be changed. It was such a disaster stay! Had pleasant experiences with Ibis in other countries thats why i booked it for our Sydney vacation. The worst experience in all of Ibis i have stayed in various countries! Some staff though were very nice and accommodating. The hotel is in a good location. But all in all the stay was EXTREMELY disappointing! Will book in other hotels when i return to Sydney!

Clean room ,bedsheets are clean,/white colour,. Staff are welcoming,courteous and checking in are quick and easy.

Very noisy dispute being on level 15. For that reason. I would not be staying at the property again. The have no customer service skills, to busy look at their phone and talk to each other. Breakfast was good, however, it would have been cheaper for me to pay the hotel, rather then add to my booking

The walls were thin close to the trains five minutes walk Cole’s just on the corner for shopping nice breakfast

Great location, comfy bed and clean room. Breakfast is standard if you pre-book night before is $20. Being in the location it is would recommend ear plugs with outside noise and what I found the fridge noise. Otherwise staff are super friendly and helpful. Straight across the road from World Square for convenience to food outlets and Coles Supermarket.
