Novotel Sydney City Centre

The hotel room is neat and clean, the staff is very friendly, very helpful and efficient, the hotel is very strategically located next to Wynyard train station and the road to the city center or QVB shopping, Chinatown can be walked if you want to save on tram fares, so it is a favorite hotel to stay in every time you go to Sydney.

I loved everything about this hotel! Warmth of the staff, accessibility to everywhere you want to go and the price isn’t that bad considering it’s located at the heart of Sydney CBD! I definitely am checking in here again when I’m back in Sydney! ☺️

Room was in great condition and location of the hotel is fantastic. Fantastic customer service. Overall, highly recommend for those short stays in the city.

From check-in to checkout the staff were always polite and friendly, they always went above and beyond for their guests. The room was very clean and well stocked. The bed wss extremely comfortable. We had dinner at the in house restaurant, all mrals were fresh and a good size. We also had the buffet breakfast and the assortment of different dishes was great. The area was clean and well stocked at all times. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, they were quick to empty tables of dirty dishes, so you didnt have a pile of dirty plates on the table. The location was close to everything, the only issue we had was that when we got there, their carpark was already full, so we had to locate parking elsewhere.
