I really enjoyed my stay here. The room looked exactly like the photos; it was clean and nice. The staff were friendly and even let me check in early. The location is right in the center and close to the famous Lune. I would definitely stay here again.

An all round excellent from me...only problem was we only had one night to enjoy it. You could easily go to this hotel and not leave for the whole weekend - eats were great, drinks were great, and sleep was great!

Was a great stay, convenient for shopping etc the room was nice and clean and offered plenty of refreshments.
The only downfall was the noise from the street was extremely loud and impacted our sleep.

Nice hotel in terrific location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice if a bit wacky. Rooftop bar was pleasant but I’d stick to wine or beer if you go. Overall ambiance in the hotel was nice. A good value. I’d stay again if I return to Melbourne.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar (one of the main reasons we chose this hotel) was closed on one of the two nights we stayed for a "private event" which was hugely disappointing - especially as we had arranged to meet friends there. We ate at the hotel restaurant one night. The food was good, service could have been better. The reception staff and car valet were top notch.
