The apartment is well located. Situated next to Westend Centre, where there are Coles and various dining options. It is also a short walk to the botanic gardens.

The apartment was clean and spacious with excellent linens and facilities. It was quiet and is in a very convenient locale. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that would have elevated the presentation of the apartment was to repair the torn curtain heading. This detracted from the presentation but we did enjoy our stay and would definitely stay again.

Facilities in room very useful and plenty of equipment.
There was no hand soap supplied for bathroom basin.
An accessible bathroom was required for our stay but there wasn’t a shelf or ledge to rest personal bathroom items or clothing in the bathroom.
Overall, the stay was very pleasant

Polite and helpful staff.
Easy parking but does cost to park under the motel. Parking free on the street. My choice to pay.
Room was very tidy and modern.
Shower was great. No hot water issues.
Beds comfortable but bring your own pillow. We always do with all stays.
Plenty of restaurants around the area all within walkinh distance and maccas just a minute walk down the road.
Very happy with our stay.

Accommodation was spacious, exceptionally clean and well presented. Customer service team were so friendly and diligent.
Only issue was paid for parking and there were no car parks left when we returned from dinner.
Overall would love to stay here again should we be in Albury.

When i got to albury after a 6 hr drive i was told my booking had not come through , i had book online , but the young lady at the counter was able to give me the room i had requested ,& at the same price . Thank you
