Great location. Rooms were nice but inside lock was broken and there was no shelf in the shower so soap had to be stored on the floor (??) The biggest issue by far was communication for entering the building. EACH time we entered, we had to prove we were guests of Hotel Charlie, it was completely unclear what type of document to show (sometimes passport, sometimes booking info, sometimes just our name). It could take up to 15 minutes (!!) of the doorman taking our documents, going inside, coming out again, looking at something else going back inside, etc. Also they said the doorman would be there 24/7 but about 30-40% of the time there was no one, and then you had to press a button and someone would speak to you in Portuguese so it was impossible to communicate if you do not speak the language. Sometimes no one was there and we had to just wait outside for long periods. I would highly recommend they put in a clear identification system. This was particularly difficult as we didn't speak Portuguese. Do NOT recommend, this was a horribly frustrating experience on a business trip, that stressed out our team. Also they do not clean your room or get any new towels unless you pay an extra fee and you can only pay with a Brazilian credit card. The room was clean when we arrived but staying a week with no cleaning service is disgusting.

Apartment was ok but there were broken items and stains on furniture and rug which affected the overall impression. Wi-Fi was out for many hours.

AVOID! First, communication is complicated - there is no one to speak to at the property. Only Whatsapp. And the English counterpart is not that responsive. Second, the curtains are see-through. I had all the street lights inside and couldn't close an eye. I asked to change rooms or buildings but was told all curtains are the same. Then, I found a dirty underwear in the bedsheets. To this day, this has been the worst hotel experience ever. They stopped responding to me and to Expedia and until now I am still disputing the booking as I left immediately and booked a different hotel. The area is not the nicest part of Pinheiros and did not feel quite safe. I'd look for something close to / East of Fradique Coutinho station.

Clean with comfy bed and decent location (though loud if you have the balcony open). It has real problems, though, that I hope they can fix! I would stay again but not pay more than $40 per night. Communication is awful - you have to wait until they respond on Whatsapp - and reservations won't answer overnight. I never received my Charlie reservation number or room code by email (which is supposed to happen...), so I had to message them on the app and was left outside waiting for it via WhatsApp. At one point the code wasn't working, and I had to wait outside my room waiting for the keypad to reset. They only accept Brazilian credit cards to extend. The toilet seat and the shelf in the shower both were broken. They will not clean your room while you are staying there, but they gave me 2 more towels. You are given two nespresso pods of coffee for the entire stay and are not permitted more each day... You're also give ONE small bottle of water per stay, not per day. So: not "free water"! The furniture looks nice but is cheap.The wardrobe stunk of toxic chemicals (paint and particle board?), so I didn't put my clothes in it. I recommend they do a full treatment and let their wardrobes air out! Finally: No pool or gym access or option to pay for it even though it exists in the building... Poor design. Security isn't the most polite and doesn't speak English, so good luck getting into the bldg if you don't speak Portuguese!

O acesso ao prédio era péssimo. Não tinha reconhecimento fácil, tínhamos que esperar o porteiro atender, passar o nome e documento, esperar ele conferir para liberar a entrada. Ficamos expostos na rua, de madrugada, por 2 dias, esperando esse processo. O apartamento é bem confortável, mas a torneira fria do banho estava quebrada, o que era bem difícil regular a temperatura do banho.

Pode reserva sem medo perfeito lindo apartamento eu amei tudo, a localização dele é ótima, só o ponto ruim é o horário do check pois cheguei sedo e tiver de ficar esperando ate 2:30 da tarde pra entrar,se vc precisa chegar cedo esse é o ponto ruim. Mas tirando isso o resto tudo perfeito.

Excelente comodidade , prática e limpa

A localização é muito boa, só fiquei com medo de sair à noite. O quarto é bom , mas senti falta de um secador de cabelo e cafeteira. Já fiquei em 2 Charlie diferentes desse e havia secador e cafeteira nos dois.

Localização excelente para quem deseja curtir as baladas da região central de SP. Transporte fácil pelo metrô, bares diversos na redondeza. Prédio novo, estrutura nova. O quarto estava com tudo funcionando, alguns detalhes da limpeza que foi 90% e sem exaustor no cooktop. Para quem quiser sossego, melhor ficar em outro lugar, pois os bares entregam barulho de terça a sábado, impreterivelmente.

Localização é fantástica, quarto confortável, o que deixa a desejar é a limpeza, assim que cheguei fui ao banheiro levantei a tampa da privada e o vaso estava com marcas de xixi, rejuntes empoeirados, a sensação que você tem é que é feito uma limpeza bem rápida e porca. Banheiro sem ducha higiênica. Fora isso não tenho o que reclamar.

Gostei da estadia. Na rua em frente tem alguns bares e próximo tem o shopping Eldorado. Só me incomodou o fato não ter um "porta" sabonete dentro do box, fora isso 9,5/10

A acomodação é bem confortavel e aconchegante com uma decoração bem bonita. Tem um banheiro grande para um studio e uma boa area de box para o banho. A cama é bem confortavel. A localizacao é interessante pois fica bem proxima a Estacao de metro da Faria Lima e proxima de varios barzinhos. Como fica proximo do Largo do Batata, a unica ressalva é ter uma atencao redobrada se for andar na regiao no periodo da noite.

Bem localizado, quarto muito confortável, limpeza 4/5 e dentro do boxe poderiam reparar o porta shampoo. Fora isso tudo ótimo, fiquei com medo da recepção, mas o atendimento foi ótimo e rápido para conseguirmos acessar nosso quarto.

O quarto é idêntico ao anúncio! Lindo, confortável e seguro. Tinha ferro a vapor o que me ajudou muito, além de espelho de corpo inteiro. Cama extremamente confortável, porém como já havia lido em outro comentário: é pequena! Eu tenho 1,55cm então foi bem tranquilo, mas se você for um homem de 1,80 vai sentir bastante! A localização é incrível, ainda não tinha me hospedado por pinheiros, o prédio fica de frente para uma rua cheia de bares, assim como os arredores. A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar, não sei ao certo se por ser um apartamento no 5º andar é mais fácil pegar poeira... Mas no banheiro, tinha muuuitos pelos como se alguém tivesse se barbeado na estadia anterior! Como fiquei apenas 2 dias e não queria tomar meu tempo, só joguei água e toquei minha vida!

Apesar de ser perto do metrô, não é aconselhável andar pelas redondezas à noite. Supermercado ao lado do prédio facilita as compras.

O apto é muito bom, decoração linda e localização excelente. Mas achamos um desleixo deixarem o box sem suporte para shampoo/sabonete e ainda por cima com os parafusos à mostra, do que antes havia ali. É uma funcionalidade essencial para um banheiro e ainda por cima a pessoa corre risco de se arranhar/se machucar com o que deixaram ali (foto).
