Pousada Bahia Pelô

Hotel staff the lady that manages hotel was nice at first and then when we asked questions had a very bad attitude. I am sorry, if you do not want to talk to customers this is not the job for you. Just because of this I will NOT recommend this hotel. Customer service is everything and I will not stay here again

Heritage feel

Staff is lovely. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. We did not feel safe at all outside of the Pousada at any point. During the day, street vendors will harass you. During the night, shady cars with full blacked out windows will cruise through the street slowly. Lots of homeless people will approach you. Staff at restaurants do not seem welcoming to tourists.

The property is amazing. Beautiful, clean and cozy! I love the staff!

Nice location in the historic centre. Pleasant, clean, nice breakfast. Super value. Kindly looked after our luggage after check out due to our late flight. Sandra and the staff were super lovely and friendly. A pleasure

during morning 7 afternoon street location was ok , but evening and night was not safe for us

The hotel is in a great location and I have no complaints about the place we stayed in, my only concern was the street noise, music, glass being broken, unruly behavior that kept us awake until well after 2am on the mornings we were at the hotel.

Hotel was great but please be aware the bed was hard. If you like very, very firm beds it’s fine. Very rough night for us. The area was great! Food phenomenal!

Nice modern, super clean pousada in the center of pelourinha. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Rooms are a bit small but I would still recommend this property and would stay again.

This is a basic Pousada perfectly located near Pelourinho. The area is safe. It is in an area with bars and live music so if you are a light sleeper or do not stay up late, you will not be able to get rest due to the street noise. The property does not have an elevator. You must climb stairs regardless of which room you are in, and there is no ac in the hall. The breakfast is ok. The staff is quite lovely. Be aware that the area is hilly.

Great location, just a minute away from Pelourinho. You can walk all around pelourinho and there are good restaurants nearby. The hotel looks brand new and it was very clean too. Breakfast was great as well, changing a little everyday.

Pousada é ótima , café da manhã muito bom ,porém ao lado de um bar/balada e o barulho é muito alto. Difícil de dormir .

O atendimento é muito bom, as meninas da recepção são muito atenciosas, o café da manhã é muito agradável assim como as acomodações, voltarei com certeza!

Minha estadia foi boa, apesar de ter que subir 3 andares, pois só há escada. Cafe da manhã bem simples, e horario de inicio achei tarde, 7:30h e visto que os passeios vc tem q sair pelo menos 7h, e o cafe da mamha tem que agendar, pois o salao é pequeno. Atendentes simpáticas e prestativas, apenas a mulher que fica na cozinha que esta sempre de cara fechada. O barulho da batucada, fica ate as 00:00h, otima localização, dependendo do passeio.que ira fazer. Internet pega super bem, geladeira barulhenta. Limpeza impecável, quarto com secador de cabelo, elas emprestam ferro de passar, caso precise. O box do banheiro é minúsculo, uma pessoa gordinha, vai ter dificuldade.
