I was so lucky to stay at one of the best 5-star hotels in Phnom Penh for my recent business trip. Poulo Wai Hotel and Apartment, an impressive home ideally located right at the heart of the city, which is the very perfect place for business travelers and a central spot for sightseers. The staff are very friendly and professional in their job. They were very busy but remained calm and very pleasant, especially the front desk staff, helping me to process the check-in with clear and precise information while also did their best job with the knowledge to suggest and arrange the dinner perfectly. Totally great experience. During the stay, please take your time to enjoy the sunset at one of the best rooftops looking to the River Royal Palace. You can also see the different vibrant of the city. We want to thank them all for making the holiday so awesome. All in all, the service was top-notch everywhere and I can't recall being disappointed with anything during the stay at this hotel. I will definitely return if we get a chance to do it again.
