Embassy Suites by Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview

The view of the fall is excellent. The elevator situation takes a long time. Hotel has a lot of guests so trying to get an elevator. Take some time. Breakfast buffet was very good considering the food in Canada is not so good. This might’ve been one of the best meals.

Love the location and the view of the falls from our room was glad I upgraded at check-in. The one draw back of the hotel we had was the wait for the elevators we waited at least 10 to 15 minutes for it to stop on our floor during the busy time AM and Check-in All staff we interacted with were friendly room was clean. Older motel but well maintained

We were having just a normal conversation in out room as we all brothers were met after so long and we had someone knocking on door and it was a guy from security and his tone was totally unacceptable he said “i don’t want myself to get in all this paperwork to kick you out so this is my final warning, you guys are making alot of noise and the music is too high” and we were like for what reason you just gonna kick us out. Literally i have been to many hotels and stayed there but this experience wasn’t very great, just cause of that my cousins left early so that they can have some fun somewhere else. We were really upset and were thinking of never booking at this olace again.

Rooms clean....staff was very polite friendly....shuttle to the parking lot.....really liked it

Pros: This is location is perfect for exploring the falls and we were able to upgrade (for a price) to a falls-view room at check-in - the view was incredible!!! We loved watching the falls & fireworks from the room! The hotel was busy but elevator attendants and breakfast hosts kept things moving smoothly. Breakfast selection was good, happy hour appreciated. Cons: While we were there in early Sept 2025, one of the hot tubs was not working but there was plenty of room in the other. The bathroom door was awful and awkward, a sliding door that would open on its own and had large gaps, so very little privacy. I am a breastfeeding mother and was pumping during my stay, the fridge worked but I needed a freezer to freeze ice packs for travel and that could not be accommodated anywhere in this massive hotel? They told me to use the ice machine but it ran out or would not give us enough…Not pumping friendly! We also tried to pay for parking with cash at checkout so we could use the Canadian dollars we had and not exchange when we returned but we’re told no, had to be card.

⭐️ We enjoyed staying at Embassy Suites for our Anniversary Trip. ** We DID NOT LIKE that the hotel served the exact Same Breakfast EVERY MORNING

The front desk staffs ( Ms Sarah and Abigail) are very friendly and kind. The fallview room is amazing especially sunrise and sunset!

I like the hotel and its location. However, we were not satisfied with the quality of the free breakfast. The food was not good and was not cooked properly. I would prefer that you charge for breakfast but serve high-quality food. It does not meet the standard of Hilton quality.

Thehotel is slighrly outdated considering how much they charge.

A lot more space in the hotel rooms than I expected for a family of 4–a great surprise!

We have stayed at the embassy before and thoroughly enjoyed it but his time was disappointing. Didn’t realize that if you are on floors 10-18 you are designated to one singular elevator that serves all of those floors- was frustrating and time consuming to get to where we were going anytime we used . When we got to our suite, the pot lights in the bathroom were hanging down from the ceiling so we had to put them back in .
