La Cache du Golf

Room was clean, the view on the golf from out room was nice, easy check in and check out. Slight disappointment thought: We requested a late check out for the day we were leaving (we wanted to leave at noon instead of 11:00) and the employee at the front desk declined the request saying it was a busy day the day after and they were low staff (which is understandable). What’s disappointing is that when we left the room for check out, while awaiting to leave our cards at the front desk, we were discussing randomly with another employee who was telling us it was a quiet at the hotel so we could have checked out later… We also feel that we have been wronged when we booked the room with expedia.ca : the pictures displayed of the room we reserved and the picture un the confirmation as well was misrepresentation. As a mater of fact, there was a beautiful bathtub in the room on the picture, that justified the price we were willing to pay for the room and when we arrived in out room, there was no bathtub, only a shower. I was looking forward to that for a relaxing morning, but it was impossible for me to have a bath in the room we were assigned to. As we arrived late, it was impossible to ask for help to change the room. I am not sure I will book with expedia again unfortunately…

Great place if you want to play golf,

Intéressant d’avoir le golf et l’hôtel au même endroit. Agréable d’avoir la vue sur le golf, mais elle est limitée par les gros arbres devant. L’élagage des arbres pour les trous où les départs sont devant les chambres serait nécessaire. Déçus par la propreté de la chambre. Le personnel à la réception était très gentil.

Merveilleux mais nous avions des petites filles et nous avons demandé des oreillers moins épaisse et c’était impossible donc elles n’ont vraiment pas bien dormi

La chambre était vraiment bien.Lit très confortable. Stationnement était bien. Accès facile au resto bar à côté.

Non respect de la chambre réservée. J’avais une suite et ils m’ont donné une chambre Noé ale sans explications. Finalement, ils m’ont donné une 2e chambre gratuitement pour compenser mais la deuxième chambre, définitivement le ménage n’avait pas été fait aprat avoir replacer les draps du lit. Il y a des bornes de recharge pour voiture mais l’hôtel n’exerce aucun contrôle des plaques de voitures pour savoir à qui est la voiture alors que les clients se stationnent à la borne et ne la libère pas après la charge. Service mauvais

Was a very nice stay

We have stayed here since the hotel was opened to snowmobile and even drove up last summercto golf. We love staying with you.

The WIFI network is TERRIBLE and un-secure… people who need it for work purposes have a great danger of stolen identity and valuable, confidential information. We’re in 2024… c’mon! 😂

Endroit magnifique, la chambre est superbe, grande douche, très propre et aucun tapis, j'ai adoré la chambre. J'aurais juste aimé un rideau plus opaque. Par contre c'est à 15-20 minutes de Ste-Marie et de St-Georges. Donc peu de chose près de l'hôtel.

Superbe endroit si vous trouvez un deal ! Chambre moderne et très spacieuse. Propreté impeccable dans la chambre et dans l'hôtel. Balcon avec belle vue. Un séjour parfait ! Nous y retournerons !
