Staying 5 nights here is really great. Service is good. I was allowed late check-in and checkout 🤑. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. Also, the room is super spacious. Top-notch!

I have stayed at this hotel every time I visit Guangzhou, China. The front desk staff, Lily, was very friendly and always helped me during my stay. Would stay at this hotel again in the future. Definitely will always come back and stay in this Hotel. Been staying here for almost 7 years every time I visit Guangzhou.

In my opinion, Kempinski is one of the most comfortable hotels in Guangzhou. I chose the business room; it was very spacious, clean, and elegant. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. I love the beautiful indoor swimming pool. The facility was wonderful. I hope I will visit again soon.
