A really nice 3 night stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester. Great location - within walking distance from shops and lots of dining options! We requested a quiet room and it was lovely upon arrival - really clean with everything we needed! The bed was a little too firm for me, but the hotel was more than happy to provide an additional mattress topper to provide more comfort. There were lots of breakfast options; my personal favourites were the cooked breakfast and Greek yogurt with fruit. The tea and coffee were average and there was no fresh milk (it was very busy!) so we did purchase our own to make a decent cup of tea using the kettle provided in our room. Most staff members were helpful. Parking at the hotel was really expensive so we booked a Just Park which was a 7 minute walk to the hotel… fine for us! Would stay again when visiting in Manchester.

We always stay here. Disappointed now amenities kit (ie shower cap, cotton wool etc). But, really appreciated the early check in. Staff and room were great. Thank you for a lovely stay.
