A free underground ride (with an Oyster card) takes you from terminals 2,3,4,5 to Hatton Cross station, about 200 meters from the hotel. Nice breakfast buffet. No plane noise in the room

The property was clean and well-maintained, and it was conveniently located near the airport. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We arrived a bit late from another airport that was about an hour and a half away from Heathrow. It was evident that the kids were exhausted, and the front desk manager kindly gave them teddy bears as a gesture of goodwill. I appreciated that thoughtful gesture.

We checked in from our flight into LHR at 11pm. We asked for a wake up call at 4:40am. In order to catch our next flight. Upon arriving into the room we saw it was a connected room. After as our family getting into bed the adjacent room guest was speaking so loudly that I had to call at midnight to the front desk and ask for the noise level to be addressed. Unfortunately it took about another 45 min or so for things to quiet down. It was definitely a big inconvenience to say the least.

The only issue was that having two hotels with the exact same name… Hilton Garden Innwas confusing
I went to the one right at terminal2 thinking I was in the correct place… I was not!
Had to get the tube to the hotel slightly further from the airport. More distinction between the two would be helpful
Other than that, my stay was fine😊

We stayed in the hotel overnight because we had an early flight out of Heathrow the next morning. Very good for what we needed. Limited dining as there is really not much around but the room was clean and the hotel is updated.

Loved the breakfast buffet and Rogan curry.
While I thought the dining room and desk staff were great, I found lounge staff to dismissive. Twice I went to the lounge for a drink and a meal and both times left after 10 minutes of being ignored..
