Really liked this hotel.Great location, cheap parking nearby, lovely staff and the communal areas smell amazing! The bed was very soft, which I like. I knocked off a star as the room although clean, needs a refresh. Shower tray has seen better days.

We are with my young daughter who needed to be up early for a important swim meet and when checking in I asked to be in a quiet room, instead we got next to the lift, which was a busy one at that ( I got refused a room change) and inconsiderate people at 2.45am decided to have a loud conversation out side the lift waking us up !

Hotel Customer service not good…
And also ask for the hotel contact address but the receptionist start writing on a scrap piece of paper instead of giving me the hotel business card. What waist of time and surprise to know that this 4 star hotel don’t have any business card

Not a good first impression here. A lady behind the desk was berating a male receptionist, when I arrived. She couldn't be bothered to crack a smile at me whilst checking me in. We stayed for 2 nights and the TV didn't work for the entire time despite informing reception the next morning. In fairness, they did offer a free breakfast. The location is excellent, only about 9 mins walk from the station and the area is fine. Please get some comfortable pillows as they are awful.
