Novotel Wolverhampton

Needs a bit of TLC. rooms are jaded and things look a bit worn, electric sockets wobbly, all a bit dated and worn out.

The carpet was dirty....no safe was not working in all the rooms. Only good thing....bar is 24 hrs

The bathroom smelled like urine and not clean had stains on the cubicle. This is the first time i am getting a worst room in novotel.

Nice hotel in the centre of Wolverhampton, just a few minutes' walk from the station. Room was comfortable and spacious. A few minor defects that could do with some maintenance, such as the shower, but nothing that caused any discomfort. Staff were friendly and helpful enough but nothing particularly outstanding. Cost was reasonable. We didn't try the breakfast, so can't comment. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and goof location. Bar and restaurant is nice also. Couldnt ask for any more.

I recently stayed at the Novotel Hotel and found it to be conveniently located just a short walking distance from the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and our overall stay pleasant. The lobby features a welcoming bar and a restaurant with a great selection of food options. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as a coffee maker, kettle, blow dryer, iron, and fridge. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets, which made for a good night’s sleep. While the stay was comfortable overall, I do feel the property could benefit from some updates particularly in the carpets, drapes, and a fresh coat of paint to give it a more modern feel.

No dinner being served -"maintenance". There are dining places within 5-10 walk, but either over the busy ring road or through the subway - not great. Parking was £5, but armt least it was easy and felt in a secure enough area. Hotels windows that open - yay!

Comfortable, clean bed but room very noisy from all night traffic on the main road. No air con so windows needed to be open. Someone entered my room during the night with a key supposedly looking for a duvet, very scary when your door just opens a a light goes on. Not acceptable.

Great location close to the train station convenient to get around. The room had all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. I enjoy my view of the train station.

We stayed 2 nights staff are excellent and we had a very comfortable stay , thanks to all at Wolverhampton Novotel.

We like staying at this hotel. Its quiet, comfortable room, air con easy to work. Has sofa in room so dont just have to sit on bed. Has everything you need. Had breakfast this visit. Enjoyed it. Nice to see veggie sausage already out. You can order eggs if you dont want fried as well.

First time for us to stay in this hotel. Just the one night to attend a gig. Convenient location for the Train station and city centre. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Didn't use the bar or restaurant - but they looked really good. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay was a bit worried about the gate being locked and having to call after 11 but it was still open when I got back great staff clean and quiet room and fab breakfast

We booked in on line so it was seamless when we arrived. The room was lovely- clean with lots of hangers and great shower and nice to have a fridge. A comfortable bed made for a great sleep. Only problem was the satnav apparently doesn’t direct you to hotel and it is quite tricky to get to. The people on the desk know about this and maybe this could be addressed

We chose to stay at the Novotel Wolverhampton because hotels in Birmingham were so expensive on the days we wanted to visit. As it happened, it turned out well for us because the Novotel is only a five minute walk to Wolverhampton train station with regular services to Birmingham New Street taking only 20 minutes or so. The hotel has an attractive reception area and our bedroom was nice and comfortable. However, it was a little on the noisy side when the windows were open due to the traffic outside. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Last but not least, we felt this hotel was very good value for money.
