Orchid Epsom, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

Never stay here, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Dreadful condition, floors and carpets filthy, bathtub scratched and with black ingrained dirt, towels thin and old, as a single female didn’t feel safe, tv only had sound and breakfast went straight in the bin it was so disgusting. The place needs gutting, new furniture and beds, more of a doss house with 3 beds in my room alone! Car ark strewn with rubbish. Absolutely not worth the money. The only positive note was the receptionist who was lovely.

The staff were warm, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bath could do with re-lining but the shower was perfectly fine.

Good option for Wimbledon (Tolworth station parking £4.60ish for the day and only around 17mins to Wimbledon Station and the shuttle buses). Also only about 12 mins drive to Epsom which is a nice market town. Quiet despite being close to main road. Lovely staff.

The venue is located on a main thoroughfare and adjacent to a restaurant. The room was clean and the bathroom appeared to recently updated. There was plenty of room for up to four occupants, including a couch. The included breakfast was reasonable. Staff were quite accommodating.

It was awful. Plug in the sink wouldn’t work and therefore had to leave the water in there.paid for breakfast and it was just a bag to go! No gluten free when messaged them to say gluten free please. Rooms were extremely basic!!!! Very little in way of room amenities like tea and coffee just again your basics.

Perfectly for the location

Staff good but room needed update taps very difficult to turn off plug did not work correctly, shower gel bottle did not work. Moved the furniture to watch tv lots of dirt underneath and noise from the store room next to our room.

Friendly helpful staff, comfortable beds,very clean excellent shower. Good parking on site. Easy location will use again.

Ok for work but i believe it’s an old premier inn that hasn’t had any renovations free parking was definitely a bonus

Very dated hotel, could do with refurbishing, although the new shower was fabulous!! Excellent customer service experience! Nothing was too much trouble.

Room was clean and comfortable ,very quiet and the location was good ., Also the staff were very friendly and very helpful,especially Ali and Daisha .

You get what you pay for

Accessibility: two blue badge parking spaces both occupied by people without blue badges despite my arrival by 3.15 and still there at 10pm. Reception staff do not take car reg numbers - why not? I am never sure why a normal bath with a hand rail is considered accessible to meet with booking requirements. Reception staff agreed they do have walk-in showers which were not offered. So I couldn’t use the bath. (I had sent direct messages to hotel prior to booking but these were not answered). Payment: I was asked to pay when I arrived before being allowed to check in as my “credit card had not gone through”. Fortunately I had my payment receipt in my phone and easily available. Not a good first impression! Cleaning: great job by cleaner - but chairs and furnishings very stained. Otherwise friendly and reasonable standard.

Ideal position for work appointment. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Issue with the coffee machine in the morning, meaning breakfast was late - not an issue for me as I had plenty of time but it might have been for others. Will certainly stay again.
