Exceptional service for the price! The breakfast was delicious with an impressive variety of options. The location couldn’t be more convenient since you can literally roll your suitcase straight in from Leeds train station through the rear entrance. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful. I accidentally left a small bag in my room after check-out, and when I called, they quickly retrieved it and kept it safely at reception for me to collect later. The on-site restaurant on the ground floor is also excellent — tasty dishes with a 10% discount for hotel guests. Definitely worth a try!

Great hotel. My choice when I'm in the north of England. Everything from the friendly staff to the comfort this hotel offers is first class.

Very convenient for train station, not affected by any noise. Had a lovely meal in Cinnamon Kitchen which is part of hotel. Lovely rooms, very nice staff. Only downside - we were going to have a walk after our meal last night but bothered by man asking for a pound for a meal deal as soon as we stepped outside - we are 2 ladies on our own so probably fine if you’re in a couple. Would still come to stay here again though

IAll good but no toilet brush in bathroom and signs on the shower for rain shower and hand shower wrong way round.

Great hotel, great location

This was an excellent one night stay at a lovely hotel in the middle of Leeds. To be honest, I have often ignored Queens, as I had the impression that although high quality, it was expensive. However, when I booked, the price including breakfast was actually less than the nearby Wellington Premier Inn. The room was well appointed, very clean and quiet. The bar was a lovely room and reasonably priced for a hotel bar. The only complaint I would have is the poor choice of beers, with only lagers on draught and no bitters or IPA. Breakfast was buffet style but excellent, with plenty of choice of hot food, cold food, pastries and cereals. The only negative was that the tables were very close together, and the clients were not spread about the room, but concentrated in one area exacerbating the noise.

Very comfortable bed. Cosy room is ample size. Had an issue with TV which was resolved as I was leaving - remote control did not work effectively. Lovely toiletries.

Excellent classy hotel. Had the cosy room which was clean and smart. Bathroom small but well designed. Just a pity about the ongoing building work going on behind the hotel at the train station.
