Staff was great. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly daily. Spa team was on point. We booked a treatment and they gave our two kids a chocolate massage for free. The pool bar is a nice spot, very chill, good drinks, good vibes.

Disappointed overall after paying so much for two rooms. My daughter had a put up bed in the triple room with no mattress just cushions it was very uncomfortable and she couldn't sleep the first night. They sorted a mattress for her the second night which was much more comfortable. When our room was cleaned on second day our towels were taken and were not replaced so didn't have towels after showering. I phoned guest services twice and they never came. The hotel was fully booked and therefore had to wait a very long time for lifts and also no sun loungers available. Suggest during peak times more staff are hired to respond quickly to calls for more towels etc and to take more care when cleaning rooms. On a positive note it is an ideal location and check in was very efficient. The complimentary wine and water in rooms was much appreciated. We didn't eat or drink there as over priced.

Wonderful property and a even better staff. The hotel is located at 10min in taxi from the city center. The accommodation are really good, the buffet was amazing and the rooftop restaurant was a 5 star experience. The front desk staff are extraordinary, they helped us arrange transfers from the airport to the hotel and to pretty much everywhere from the hotel. Whatever youasked them, they will always have a solution. Will definitely book this hotel again for a future trip to Athens.

Extremely unhappy, unhelpful and unfriendly staff at front desk. The worst people skills ever experienced! Extremely uncomfortable beds! Can feel bed springs! Poor air conditioning. Outdated décor! A hotel experience to forget!
