Generally great. I would consider staying at this hotel again for my next HK Trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent. Their free shuttle bus was straightforward and convenient (but would be even better if they could extend the time a little longer until 8:40pm instead of 7:40pm).

Room is in excellent condition. Friendly and helpful staff members, and free shuttle bus is a plus. Location is a bit remote, so be prepared to walk more back to hotel if you are outside the shuttle bus hours.

Overall a great stay. The staff is exceptionally polite and helpful. Shoutout to the kind cleaning lady who helped us plan our trip to Man Mo Miu! The only thing they can improve upon is by making all facilities available 24/7. For example, no one answers the housekeeping/reception phone lines after 10pm and the cafe/restaurant downstairs closes at night so it's difficult to get all day in-room service (so plan accordingly!). The location is also in a very quiet neighborhood and about 5-10 minutes walk to the closest metro station, so you have to rely heavily on the 7-11 right outside. But other than this, we loved our stay and always felt safe and well looked after. Especially recommend this place for family/friends trips where peace and quiet is the preference.

The hotel is clean and the breakfast is delicious. The location is passed by the A21 bus from the airport. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport express train station and to Tsim Tsa Sui. Close to Chinese food restaurants. Price is reasonable. Recommended for families.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel is very fragrant, until indonesia kangen wanginya, the employees are fine and very helpful, kemana2 easy ride shuttle bus, continue the train ride, if to hongkong again must stay there again

This property does not meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel. The bathroom had visible mold and stains on the walls, and I found dead insects on the floor. I was even bitten by a bug during my stay, which was concerning. On a positive note, most of the staff were friendly and courteous. However, the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property need significant improvement to align with its rating.

The shuttle bus arrangement is very limited and uncomfortable. The air conditioning of room was terrible and made us feel very hot which could not sleep properly. I would not recommend this hotel to any friends.

The stated check-in time was 2pm. We arrived at 2pm but the receptionist made us waited for 45 min until she finally gave us a room. The room was very small actually, cleaningness was barely ok and water leaks from base of shower cubic everytime. We won't come back to this hotel again even tho price is reasonable.
