The hotel is in a very strategic location, making it easy to access various attractions. The receptionist during check-in was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I checked in during the afternoon, and the service was outstanding. Truly an excellent first impression! The hospitality and professionalism of the staff made my stay even more enjoyable. The room is quite spacey. They gave us a free upgrade to the bigger room also. The staff was friendly and speaks English very well. They also helped our family to choose transportation to go to the airport.

Have a very pleasant stay at here! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a hotel in the TST area. It's a 5-minute walk to the MTR, beside the hotel is One Dimsum, the famous dim sum restaurant! The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Although the room was small, it's okay for 2 people, they also supply water dispensers on every floor (which this is a very good service), we didn’t need to buy mineral water again! On the day we checked out, we had a lot of luggage to bring to the bus station, the Indian man who was the hotel security directly HELPED US with the luggage, he guided us and pulled our luggage to the station 😭😭😭😭 HE NEED A SHOUTOUT, he is so KIND, he even didn’t accept tips from us! I highly recommend this hotel! Service was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, I will stay here again if I come back to Hong Kong in the future!

Best stay in HK by far. From super friendly staff to an amazing location, to paying attention to the tiniest details, has made it a perfect spot for spending our NYE vacation at this hotel. A clear view of the harbor made us enjoy the fireworks show at the comfort of our suite with magical views.
The minibar is rich and free to use, free guides let you know which local food you need to try, and of course, breakfast at the amazing "Above and Beyond" Michelin Star Restaurant with an amazing view.
Thank you for making my NYE special, we will be back again soon.

We had a pleasant stay. The room is spacious enough for two. The view is wonderful, even though we expected more.. but it was good enough. The room is clean, tidy. The bed was comfortable. And it's near to the north point station. Which is great. Oh and we asked the front desk to book a cab for us to go to the airport the next morning at 6 am. And they handled it. We just went out the following morning and found our cab was ready. Thank you for the service.
