Very family friendly, the size of the twin beds is 140x200 which means if combined it becomes 280x200, the 5 of us (2 adults and 3 children) were very sufficient, no need for an extra bed and what made me impressed was that the hotel did not prohibit us when 5 people were in 1 room, where sometimes some hotels only allow a maximum of 4 people. In fact, we were given extra towels and amenities for our children. The staff were all very friendly, and most importantly it was close to the MTR station and there were many places to eat around. Highly recommended, next time I go to HK I will come back to this hotel

We had a pleasant stay. The room is spacious enough for two. The view is wonderful, even though we expected more.. but it was good enough. The room is clean, tidy. The bed was comfortable. And it's near to the north point station. Which is great. Oh and we asked the front desk to book a cab for us to go to the airport the next morning at 6 am. And they handled it. We just went out the following morning and found our cab was ready. Thank you for the service.

Hotel with the best service. Very friendly and helpful staff since the beginning of our booking, when we had some problems with our reservation, we were given the best solution. MasyaAllah dan alhamdulillah kita dapat hotel yang lokasinya benar-benar perfect ke mana-mana dan dekat dengan train station, busway every second minute will passed in front of you, juga restoran di mana-mana. Perfect place to stay with your family and affordable price. All surrounding hotel convenient, 2 minutes walk to the I square, many supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. The most important we found halal restaurant next door, level 1. I stay 7th days during Ragasa Typhoon and really safe hotel. Friendly staff too. Next time if we come back to Hongkong, we know where we have to go😇😘 Thanks for look after us.

The location is very strategic, right across from Time Square Mall (inside Time Square there is MTR so it's easy to go anywhere). The standard room size is not too big but still enough for a few suitcases and there is still a sofa to relax. The breakfast menu offered every day is the same (there are 4 menus, my favorite while there was bread salmon egg mayo, it was delicious). We can also take breakfast away to the room so it's practical. The cleanliness of the room is quite good, cleaned every day by the cleaning service. No deposit required and checkout is very easy, you only need to return the room card to the receptionist without asking anything. Recommended👍👍

The hotel is very comfortable and clean, in front of the hotel there is a seven eleven for those who want to buy small snacks, there is also a smoking room floor. The room is also spacious, cleaned every day and given mineral water, the location is quite strategic for walking to the MTR, not too far. Recommended 👍🏻

Shangrila is the best. Have a pleasant stay here. Huge room, spacious bathroom, complete amenities including welcome fresh fruit on arrival. Generous drinking water available in room. Great breakfast, plenty of food and choices. All staff super friendly and helpful. Special thanks for housekeeping team, we really appreciate the cleanliness. Location was very strategic, a step out from East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station exit door. We will definitely come back to Shangrila whenever we visit Hongkong in the future. I strongly recommended this hotel for everyone!
