I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and 1 night. I loved the view and the staff were very friendly. I have no regrets about choosing this hotel. The staff member, Devi, in the lobby, was very helpful, very kind, very friendly. She knew what I wanted before I asked. It was excellent service. I really liked this hotel. I will definitely come back and see her again. Thank you, Hyatt Regency
