This is the best of the best 5-star hotels. 1. The entire hotel staff is friendly, patient, and polite, with exceptional service. 2. The interior of the hotel and rooms is very luxurious. 3. There was a welcome drink, a free birthday cake, and beautiful birthday decorations in the room. 4. I booked well in advance, and all my special requests were met very well. It was all worth it, with the extraordinary service from the staff. I was given a 2 p.m. check-out, and the kids had free breakfast even though they had breakfast in the room. Check-in was very fast, and it was delivered directly to the room. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous, even though we had breakfast in the room. I was truly satisfied with the abundance and delicious taste of the food. The best part was the lontong (rice cake) at breakfast; it was absolutely delicious. If I could give this hotel 10 stars for its service, food, and everything. It's truly a 5-star hotel with no flaws whatsoever. I was very happy to stay at Grand Cityhall; it didn't disappoint in the slightest

Cambridge Hotel Medan

Staying at Cambridge Hotel Medan was truly a comfortable experience! The location is strategic, right next to the mall, making it super easy to find food or shop. The room was clean, spacious, and smelled great upon arrival. The staff were also super friendly and responsive, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive until you leave. The rooftop pool is also a great place to relax in the afternoon while enjoying the city views. Highly recommended for those planning a vacation or business trip to Medan. I'll definitely be back!
