I have always loved my stay here! The rooms facing the green areas in Fatmawati (still don't know what the place is called, to be honest) are always pleasant and a breath of fresh air amidst Jakarta's overcrowding. The breakfast menu was not only varied but also good! The hotel being situated just a short distance from the MRT station is also a significant advantage!

I stayed for one night at the hotel to attend my son's engagement party, which was held in one of the ballrooms at Arosa. To my surprise, everything exceeded expectations—the food and catering were excellent, and the ballroom was well-equipped with supporting facilities such as a sound system and LCD screen.
The staff were also very cooperative and accommodating. For example, I requested to store the engagement cakes in their chiller, and they kindly assisted without hesitation.

The hotel is definitely peaceful. The staff are doing their good job providing the nice services. The room has some nice vibes inside, and you can watch the movies while chilling. Hot water shower is also nice and spacious. The location is a bit strategic, as we need to turn around on the big street in order to get into the other side of the place, but it won't matter at all. The entrance is located right beside the KFC, so one must enter the KFC security in order to reach this hotel. If the security ever asks about the destination, just say the hotel name and they'll let you in, free of charge. Overall, it's a nice experience that I ever had. Thank you for your service!

The room is super aesthetic. Sadly, I don't have a photo of the overall bedroom, but trust me it was so comfortable. Not too tiny, not too large. It is compact. They also served us breakfast on the rooftop, and it's beautiful. The breakfast is quite good too. I definitely will go back!

We had a pleasant stay here, we got a comfy bed, clean room, personally love the old hotel ambience. The hotel provided good amenities, enjoyed the bath with hot water, internet connection was good, staff was helpful and hassle-free check-in and out. Haven't tasted anything food-wise, but we're sure they got a good food selection. Will be back if we are around the area.
