I simply needed a safe, comfortable place during a very difficult time. All Nite & Day Hotel – Alam Sutera became exactly that—quiet, clean, warm, and unexpectedly reassuring. While the entire team was kind, the person who truly made a difference was Danny from Housekeeping. In all my years of staying at hotels—ranging from Four Seasons, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt, Marriott, Radisson, Wyndham, Oberoi, Mandarin Oriental, and many more—rarely have I met someone as sincere, hardworking, and genuinely thoughtful as Danny. He ensured my room was always spotless, fresh, and comfortable, often anticipating needs before I even asked. No matter the time of day, he greeted me with humility and a warm smile. In a moment of personal uncertainty, his simple acts of care—tidying the room, checking if I needed anything, maintaining cleanliness with pride—brought a sense of stability and comfort that I truly needed. Sometimes, real hospitality is not about luxury—it’s about people like Danny, who take their work to heart and treat guests with genuine respect. I am sincerely grateful for his outstanding service. Highly recommended, not just for the stay, but for the people who make it special—especially Danny.

The staff are friendly, especially Ms. Icha who helped me during the initial check-in process. She explained the facilities in the hotel area and in the room. The room is clean, there is a pool, there is a bathroom for rent, so I feel more at home staying here. The place is really cozy. For the Ciputat area, this is the best hotel, and there are always hotel promotions every day.

i'm about to write a long review to beat those mean reviews 🫶
it's not a minimalist hotel like many of the ones out there now.
this hotel has a very old fashioned vibe. marble floors, gold curtain choices, and big chairs from the 90s.
even so, it's obvious that all the details were chosen well in the past.
comfortable mattress, furniture, and even the ceiling height.
we slept soundly, not disturbed by the sound of vehicles at all.
AC works just fine✅️
hot water works as well✅️
hair dryer ✅️
water heater ✅️
refrigerator doesn't exist (in case you need it)
breakfast is simple but more than enough.
we got a price of 700 thousand for one night in a family room with breakfast (actually for 3 people, but they didn't charge for my daughter, so it counts as 4 people). worth every penny.
the staff is friendly and genuine, we can feel their passion, especially the manager.
we checked in around 7 pm, and left around 12 pm the next day.
hope this hotel can survive for a long time 🫶 definitely will go back.

The staff and security were very friendly, responsive, honest, and very helpful. I left my motorcycle keys on the motorbike and they were immediately secured by the staff and security. I'll probably stay here again if I come to Tangerang again 👍

Recently stayed here for a business trip and had a comfortable experience. The location was convenient, making it easy to access my office, and the check-in process was smooth with professional and welcoming staff. The staff are very friendly here, loved the location because it's located in an uncrowded area, easy access to anywhere such as minimarket or restaurants, the process for checking in is fast and simple.
