The apartment that I took turned out to be managed by travelio, whose staff was completely unprofessional and seemed incapable of managing applications because there seemed to be no work standard, especially in managing ticketing in managing complaints or communications. The obstacles we face. 1. Travelio contacted at 11 to pay a cash deposit or transfer (we don't know if you have to pay a deposit either) 2. The early check-in that we asked for at 12 was just on the spot we were told by wa if you could enter at 13. Already on location from 11 am can only enter at 15.3. There is not a single nostril or travelio at the location. 4. In the end, we were moved to a replacement unit. In terms of time, we really lost because we wasted time waiting for check-in and sacrificed a lot of work hours. Would never recommend for this app. For travel agents, please be aware of this.
