Perfect if you have to travel the next day! Easy access to the airport. Better ask for the shuttle to the airport, though.

Good hotel, recommended for next staycation

I checked in at 7 pm because my trip from Bandung got a room rate of Rp465,000 including breakfast. There are two things that deserve appreciation from this hotel, namely: 1. The room is clean although the bed is not a good standard and the blanket is thin. There are no slippers but there is a mini chiller for the Deluxe type. 2. Free shuttle service to and from the airport. List of shortcomings of this hotel: 1. The lobby is hot and when checking in with the receptionist, her armpits smelled and she didn't smile at all. Only worked and answered as needed until I thought she was having problems in life. When I asked for a room that didn't face the street because I was afraid of the noise, the answer was flat: "NO, we are full and there are no rooms left in the back." 2. Arriving at the room, I couldn't find a Laundry Bag, so I called the receptionist to ask for a Laundry Bag, the answer: "NO." Our housekeeping had gone home. Couldn't deliver the Laundry Bag to the room. 3. I called the receptionist to check if the restaurant downstairs was still accepting food orders and the answer: "Please call the 2 restaurant sections." I then called the restaurant and asked if they could help with room service for food, the answer was yes but I hung up first because I wanted to choose the menu first. 4. After choosing the menu, I called the restaurant to order but the tone was not connected. I tried several times but couldn't until finally I called the receptionist again asking what was the problem with the phone at the restaurant, the answer was: "keep trying ma'am I don't know either" Here, the hotel is small and the distance from the reception to the restaurant is only a few meters but this Most Impossible receptionist really has no intention of serving let alone the initiative to help. 5. Finally my colleague went down to order food directly to the restaurant, it was discovered that the phone was not placed properly in its place so if someone called, of course it would not connect.

Booked a room with a smoking area, but when I got there, it turned out I couldn't smoke in the room. I should have confirmed that it wasn't possible.

The hotel staff was friendly and check-in was quick. Check-out was at 4 a.m. because my flight was at 6. They helped me book a taxi, and breakfast was provided in a box for me to take with me upon check-out.

There is not much breakfast variety, there is only one waiter, so food refills are often late.

A highly recommended transit hotel. Even for my return trip, I booked this hotel directly (not through Traveloka, so it was a bit cheaper). Unfortunately, the second time I booked, I ran out of room types. But both rooms are equally comfortable, spacious, and clean. The hotel's concept is modern industrial. I've stayed here twice in different room types. Pros: Comfortable, spacious, clean, free airport shuttle during certain hours (outside those hours there's a fee), beautiful views, especially from the rooftop, large windows, great for relaxing (I recommend the deluxe rooms over the premier rooms, as the windows are covered by a desk and TV), fast Wi-Fi, and free Netflix available in premier rooms), very friendly and efficient service, and the restaurant's food prices are moderate, making it quite affordable. The downsides: Breakfast is so-so, not many choices, not very tasty, and runs out quickly and takes a long time to refill. There are no slippers (but you can request them). The shuttle is limited to certain hours. There's no option to stay for a certain number of hours or half a day.

I had a great stay at the hotel, I had dinner in my room. No issues.

The room was okay, close to the airport, but unfortunately the glass in the bathroom was dirty, and there was no soap available. Luckily, I brought my own toiletries.

the staff is friendly. they help me during the check in and check out. the location is quite near the airport and so many street food around the hotel. for the hotel room itself, it doesnt feels like 4 stars hotel. but its still comfortable

Decided to stay at this hotel because of its good reviews. At first glance from the outside the hotel is small but when we arrived in the room it exceeded expectations, the room is spacious for that price. Btw, I stayed in a deluxe room. The room is also clean, including the bathroom which is odorless and also very clean. Free transportation to and from the airport is also available at certain times. And the service is indeed extraordinary, starting from the Reception to the Driver who took me to the airport (Mr. David). The condition was that I was the only one who had to be taken to the airport because the others were still waiting for their group, but I was still taken to the airport. Hopefully it will be maintained or even improved. Bravo Conjioo!

Friendly staff, strategic location near from the airport. But when I stayed here, I heard the noise from other buildings around the hotel very loudly all night until morning, and it disturbed my rest time.

Clean, quiet, good location, room is smell nice, Humble but tasty food for breakfast, great room service
