I'm a regular every time I return to Surabaya because of the early flight, proximity to the airport, and spacious, clean rooms.
The staff is friendly, and I even booked the wrong date and they helped me reschedule.

For a cheap transit hotel, it's pretty clean and comfortable. I stayed during Eid al-Fitr and the hotel was near a mosque so it was quite disturbing. But otherwise it was ok.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. The AC is cold, the water in the bathroom is strong, the TV is on but unfortunately it can't Netflix. The wifi is a bit slow and the road to the hotel is a bit narrow and the hotel doesn't provide food other than noodles. But the staff are very friendly and very helpful. This hotel is very good for this price. It's worth it.
