New hotel in December... yup, it's still very fresh. The location is close to culinary places, near the mosque, and daily necessities shops. The swimming pool is comfortable because it's indoor so you can swim without worrying about the weather. The food needs to be improved for menu variations and the level of macaroni doneness 😉. Oh yeah, the hotel should provide special notifications/notes for Rooms with views or No views... to help customers when ordering online not to make mistakes when ordering online. Alhamdulillah, I got a really nice view in front of the hotel... Some people must be detailed looking at the photos and reading the facilities. For the service, the staff and security are friendly, full of smiles, quick, and very helpful... the cleanliness is also very good. It's really fun for a staycation with family or business, all are suitable. Thank you, next time I stay here again.... 🥰

For the small town of Boyolali, it's quite nice and well-equipped, commensurate with a large city. + Strategic location + Good food, good rooms + Restaurant prices are reasonably priced + Quite complete facilities, including a pool, rooftop lounge, and children's playground + Overall friendly and smiling service ----------------------------------------- - Parking is a bit cramped - Front security needs more SOP training. I noticed a slightly different response between those coming from the car park and those coming from the motorcycle park. Overall, recommended 👍

While first entering bad smell is there, need to fix spray fragrace, coridor and room. Resto need final check about quality like, below making omlet look dirty, and house hold like mug, plate need more clean and do final check.

Some security guards are unfriendly. There's an empty parking space in front, but it can't be used because they prioritize important people who aren't staying overnight (only coming for certain events).

The TV is smart, can log in to Netflix (who knows whose account), no national TV. The bathroom water still overflows everywhere because there is no lower partition between the bathroom and toilet/sink area. Simple meals: eggs, porridge, soto, white and fried rice, 2 side dishes and 2 vegetables, there are fried/stew foods. Parking is in front of the hotel and the sports hall is opposite.

The TV is smart but you have to log in yourself, there's no national TV or channels. Breakfast is minimalist, but the rooftop restaurant is delicious. Parking is tight at the hotel, but you can find it in the sports hall area across from it. Superior and deluxe rooms seem to be only on the second floor. The bathroom floor has no partition, so the shower water overflows into the toilet and sink area.

The room was clean, but unfortunately, one towel had yellow stains and was already faded. The hot water in the bathtub wasn't working properly, with only a small capacity. The swimming pool was COLD. The hot water temperature was off, and the kids were freezing.
