Hotel Horison Ultima Menteng provides a very satisfying stay. The breakfast is impressive, offering a wide variety—from coffee and herbal tea to Indonesian soups, nasi campur, and other local delicacies. I initially planned to stay for only one night, but after enjoying such an excellent breakfast, I decided to extend my stay for another day. Truly a worthwhile experience.

The experience was truly amazing. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious enough to move around and pray. I loved that we were given a room with a direct view of the National Monument (Monas). But one thing I must highlight is the friendliness of the staff, from arrival to check-in to check-out. We should appreciate them more. Thank you, Horison Ultima Menteng!

This is my 3rd time visit. The first two was a lot better. The executive room was more spacious and the bathroom was cleaner. The bed isnt as comfortable. They used to serve delicious panacota for breakfast, there wasnt. The lobby was smelling a lot better before. I guess I lost all reason to come back. But all staff are lovely, service is fast and friendly but it's not enough reason to get back.

There is a lady who doesn't wear a hijab who usually helps me deliver breakfast to my room because my child isn't awake yet. I thank her, she is very friendly and her work is neat, but unfortunately not everyone is like her.

Overall, the room and service are really good, even though it's only the deluxe type, but unfortunately the signal is difficult even though it's using wifi, and the TV doesn't support Netflix yet in the deluxe type. Well, it's pretty good, the best❤️‍🔥

All the staff are friendly, and you get a welcome drink too. For the executive room, the room is spacious, clean, and the AC is really cold. Luckily, the blanket is thick. However, for breakfast, the green bean porridge tastes sour (in my opinion), like it's stale. The other menus are okay.
