Extraordinary! The staff are friendly, check-in and check-out is very easy. The building is new and well maintained, the atmosphere is comfortable and hommy. Every corner is really clean. Good breakfast, equivalent to cheap budget hotels, varied enough, highly recommended! The location is behind the living plaza and close to the palace plaza (walking distance, until).

It's perfect for a vacation, close enough to everywhere. It's not on a major road, but not far either. Because it's not on the side of a major road, the atmosphere is quite quiet and not noisy at night, perfect for resting. The location is close to Bandung Indah Plaza, there is also a hospital. There are also many coffee shops and culinary options, not far from the station either. However, the condition of the room could be improved, like some of the walls are peeling paint and the sheets and towels look a bit old. For Muslims, it's convenient, because there are speakers for the call to prayer and the direction of the Qibla as well as prayer equipment in the room.

The water heater isn't working properly, the water is only a little warm and there's no hot water, otherwise it's just okay, the towels are a bit faded, and the location isn't far from here.

The room is okay, clean and not cramped. It's just that the TV channels are very few, and the TV can't be turned off continuously. 1 thing, please improve the breakfast, because this is important. I stayed 3D2N with 2x breakfast, so I can compare the 1st day breakfast and the 2nd day breakfast. The conclusion is that the food lacks seasoning. Of all the dishes, the only ones that taste the best are the dimsum and omelettes. The rest are not very suitable for my tongue. As for the staff, no issue, they are friendly.
