My first experience in Lampung staying at Marriot, it was an extraordinary experience and I want to come back, the hospitality is extraordinary, the facilities are complete and very kids-friendly, it is suitable for family vacations and bringing parents because we are aware of bringing elderly people with wheelchairs, it is a must to try and come back on vacation at Marriot♥️

Check in was assisted by mas Alana, very kind, tbtb given / offered birthday cake (free) even though previously we did not request it. For Hara, sis Resti and mas X, oh I forgot his name, the best service and friendliness to my child and family. The food here is delicious, all powl, no doubt. 😁 The staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is very comfortable, especially for those who want to heal alone, the relaxation is really possible. Tips for those who want to heal, choose weekdays, okay! ❤️

I recently stayed at a truly impressive hotel and resort. From the incredibly friendly staff to the fact that I was compensated for a one-hour overtime check-out. It was incredible. This was our second stay here and we were very satisfied. This time we stayed in a villa because we brought our pets. It was a pleasure, as all the staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the food was delicious and the portions were generous. We will definitely be back. Hopefully, this will be maintained. Public areas are also strictly prohibited from smoking or vaping, ensuring a healthy environment.
