Amazing place with such nice people working here. The location is perfect in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood beetween Malioboro and Prawirotaman. The room is simple but clean and very spacious. Shared bathroom / toilets are also clean and shampoo and soap are provided. The breakfast was delicious and we rent a motorbike here for the same price quoted in town but the one we had was only 3 months old. Wi-Fi was very good as well. Totally recommend this homestay! Strategic location, if you want to go to Yogyakarta Palace, just walk and get there and it's only about a 7 minute walk. Friendly staff, comfortable place. Feels like staying at grandma's house 😀. If I go to Jogja again, I will definitely stay here again.

The location is very strategic, just a short walk to tourist attractions. The room is very comfortable, the bathroom and room are clean, the hot water works, the AC is cold, and all the facilities are functioning. The swimming pool is clean. The staff is very friendly. In the evening, they serve fried noodles, coffee, snacks, etc. at affordable prices and the food is delicious. (My son even wants a house and a room like this inn.) This inn is highly recommended. We stayed here for 2 nights. If we go to Yogyakarta again, we will stay here. Thank you very much for the excellent service.
