The staffs are super sweet and nice. the hotel room and everything are just perfectly complete, shakti hotel is obviously good. What matters most is their smiling service, the receptionists and front liners, all are good... they are super nice and smiley.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Their hospitality definitely is the best thing from this hotel and become the highlight. The bed is quite large and comfortable. Room size is big enough. Location was perfect. Really worth the money.

The place is easy to find on map, but it's in a small alley (the portal will be closed at 12 pm) and there is no signboard. The bedroom is quite unique because it's small and the bed is above the bathroom, there is a wooden staircase which is quite noisy when we go up. If you are on the 1st or 2nd floor, you will hear a sound from above your room when people climb the stairs or just move the chairs. There are 2 small mineral water bottles (but there's a dispenser at pantry), a couple of towel, 1 tooth brush, 1 shower gel but no shampoo. The water heater works well on the bathroom. The staffs are so friendly and the pool is so clean! I was lucky because there's not many guest there, so no need to be caught on crowd. And the smoking area is on the garden.

Stayed during New Year's Eve, so imagine how crowded the place is, but despite all the crowd, all the staff handle it really well, super capable & reliable, shout out to the reception team. I stayed here for a staycation during a long weekend, the hotel location is very strategic, just a short walk to the MRT Station entrance, besides that this hotel is also close to Grand Indonesia Mall and Plaza Indonesia, the hotel is quite thematic by combining modern and ethnic, the room conditions are good, comfortable and the facilities are quite complete, the food at breakfast is quite complete and delicious
