I had a pleasant stay at Sultan Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, a good place to stay and I would consider returning.

The hotel boasts a prime location within the mall and adjacent to Pacific Mall. Rooms offer expansive views, especially breathtaking city skyline vistas at night. Rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices (including local cuisine and Western dishes), all of excellent quality. A truly exceptional stay, I will definitely return.

This was the first staycation at Mulia Hotel in Jakarta, and we had a wonderful experience during New Year’s Eve. The hotel management had shown very good preparation during check-in time, throughout our stay until check-out time went smoothly. All staff are very helpful and cheerful. The rooms were clean. Look forward to stay again

I stayed for 2 days in a family room, the room was very big/spacious, clean, there were 3 beds that were also big, the bathroom was separate from the toilet so it was nice, no need to queue if someone had to go to the toilet, towels and toiletries were complete and clean. The food in the restaurant was very varied from western to traditional, my kids really liked it there. Incidentally, I have stayed there twice, last year. That's why I took this hotel again, the access is very easy, there are 2 big malls that are shopping options. The staff is friendly and quick to respond, when the bathroom fan broke down they were quickly fixed, needed an iron quickly delivered, basically very satisfied. Next time if I have a staycation with my family, God willing, I will be at this hotel again. Maintain or improve the service. Thank you.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was really nice and clean, which made my visit super comfortable. The food was yummy, especially the breakfast buffet – so many delicious options! What really stood out, though, was how friendly and helpful all the staff were. They made me feel so welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming place to stay.

It was a pleasure to have the experience of staying at the Langham Hotel, because it was my birthday I got a room upgrade, the room was very luxurious and comfortable, especially the bathroom with complete facilities, the swimming pool with the best view, also the staff was kind and friendly. Thanks to Alfa for being very helpful and after checking out I was given a small gift, wow, what great service, I really want to go back there.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist. The hotel is very clean, starting from the hallway, room, and bathroom. Complete amenities include towels and toiletries in the room, slippers, and 2 bottles of mineral water. Pillowcases, bed sheets, and fragrant blankets. Smart TV works well, the AC is cold. In the bathroom, soap, shampoo, and hairdryer are available, hot water works well. Even after checking out, you can still leave your bags or suitcases at the reception. Overall, I am very satisfied staying here, close to the MRT station, Senayan City Mall, and Plaza Senayan. I will definitely stay again next time♡
