89 Hotel in Batam is one of the best hotels. Their service is excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is one of the best. It's within walking distance to Grand Mall, just across the road, and within walking distance to BCS Mall and many good food eateries around the hotel.

I stayed for 6 nights. The staffs are very nice and helpful. No lifts available, so you might need help with your luggage if your room is at the upper floor. Check in is around 2pm local time, but you can check with them first, if your room is ready, they might allow you for early check in. The room is ok, but the towel is quite old and worn out. Be sure to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and shampoo. Heater, air conditioning and tv are working fine. No kettle/boiler, but maybe can check with the staffs. The location is quite strategic, around 500m walking distance to nagoya mall, around 2km-3km to harbour bay international ferry terminal, lots of alfamart/indomaret nearby, pharmacy (apotik), food stalls, easy access to get taxi and grab services. The price for one night stay is really cheap compared to other hotels in batam. Mine is around myr35/idr100.000 per night, standard room for 2 persons at 3rd floor, on january 2020. Got a different room in the same tower as the front office, directly served by golfcar, very fun, the room is clean, neat, the location is also strategic, close to many places to eat, and suitable for those looking for branded bags in Batam, the shops are in the same complex as this hotel, want to go to the mall Nagoya also lives across the street..

I like staying at the Lovina Inn hotel, the hotel is comfortable, clean, there is a hair dryer, a water heater for making coffee and tea, a clean bathroom, the water is fast, the hot water for bathing is also fast. Strategic location close to everywhere. Easy to find food. And most importantly the room price is affordable. So the number 1 choice if I go to Batam again. Thank you Lovina Inn and Traveloka.

I've been a regular every time I go to Batam, I always stay here. The staff are friendly, the rooms are nice, comfortable, and clean. I can request an early check-in, as I usually check out early in the morning depending on the flight/ship schedule for my next destination. Yesterday, the refrigerator wasn't cold, but after I told the owner, they immediately replaced it. It's great. I'll definitely come back here again in the future. 😍
