Mercure Convention Center Ancol

Disappointed at breakfast. Unexpectedly, the queue was too long and most of the food was already finished.

The hotel staff is friendly, the place is kid-friendly, the view is incredibly cool.

We stayed at the Mercure Ancol Hotel with our extended family. We booked several rooms to celebrate our parents' 50th wedding anniversary and to accompany our mother-in-law's MAVI reunion here. There are many activities to explore at the hotel, so it was very fun for the kids because they could play a lot and swim here, very satisfied. For the building from the outside it looks old, but when you enter the room, the room is nice and quite spacious, the interior of the hotel is also nice. The environment is also fun, because it is in the Ancol area. So, we were able to walk around, have lunch at Bandar Jakarta, and in the morning we could exercise at the Eco Park which is not far from the hotel. Yesterday's vacation was very fun. Next time, I hope to stay at the Mercure Ancol again. Friendly and maintain consistent service.

Very family & kids friendly. Lots of activities for kids and spacious rooms. I would suggest they fix their mini bar since it's not cold anymore

Very comfortable, child friendly, only the entrance fee is too high, it can't be an exception compared to other hotels, it's very satisfying.

Easy access back and forth from Bogor, where I live. Ancol is within easy reach of tourist attractions like the beach and restaurants. The facilities are also quite good.

If you go to Malang city, you must stay here.. very very nice and good services..

Child-friendly and integrated with Ancol beach

From the moment I arrived, I was immediately assisted by the staff. Check-in was easy because I had booked through Traveloka. The room was clean and well-equipped. I asked for a first aid kit and they helped me find one. The room was comfortable, and the food was delicious. However, the breakfast variety wasn't extensive enough for me. The gelato in the lobby was delicious. The distance to other locations in Ancol is still quite reasonable, around Rp 24,000-Rp 30,000 by taxi to BCIS. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable experience.

The place was comfortable and clean, even though we got the room at the very end. Upon entering, you still had to pay for the Ancol entrance fee.

For holidays with family is very enjoyable.
