Yes, I understand, I made a sudden booking on Eid holiday at 8 pm. When I arrived, they said the rooms were full, even though they were still available on Traveloka, the e-voucher was already there, and I had paid. They said someone had booked 7 rooms offline, since noon. I didn't accept it and asked for accountability, because I had already paid, and it was difficult to find another place. After waiting for 1/2 hour, I was finally given a room. But the room was very dusty. My mother was coughing when she was sleeping. I wanted to ask for it to be cleaned but my mother was already exhausted and it was too late. The room looked like it had never been occupied. Eid holidays like this should have been prepared as well as possible. Luckily, I was only here to sleep for a while before returning to Jakarta.

Cheap is cheap but if the mattress is not proper anymore it is better to replace it, the mattress has sunk to soft. I can't sleep because my body aches and in the morning I wake up my neck and back are sore. The intention to rest for a few hours for the cheap price ends up costing me to a massage therapist and I can't move freely. Try checking the mattress again, it really isn't proper! It's not worth it. I don't expect to get star facilities for that price, but we pay to rest, right? At least the mattress is considered. If it's anything else, I don't really care because it's cheap. But what about the mattress? Mattress? Really disappointing. At least give me a comfortable mattress to sleep on for that price. Please pay attention again. The service is also not friendly. But it doesn't matter, the important thing is to be able to sleep (intended) but instead I can't sleep and my whole body aches. Where I bring a baby. Poor my child is uncomfortable!
