I vacation four families, our experience of the hotel is very pleasant, the children feel at home and don't want to go home. We take deluxe rooms, the rooms are nice and clean, the hotel staff is friendly, the food is good. The pool is clean and the atmosphere is cool. The point is really recommended, next we have planned the next vacation at the Royal Denai again. Defend the Royal Denai the quality of the hotel.

The price is quite worth it with the breakfast and swimming pool... Good lah... Moreover, the breakfast has a lot of variations... Also, the employees at the front desk are very friendly, both in the lobby and in the restaurant.

One of the hotels close to the clock tower.
The staff is quite friendly, but the hotel is quite quiet, with a large number of rooms.
It's not ideal for a solo traveler, but it's perfect for a couple, and there's a swimming pool.

Dirty room, lots of food crumbs on the carpet, not cleaned. The room smells musty, the AC doesn't work so it's stuffy, I've complained because it's hot, but the answer is that it's the coldest, the towels are black, the color of the doormat is cleaner than the towels, the pool is dirty, the food is okay, the service is okay, Hopefully they improve.

I've complained repeatedly about my room's AC not working, but there's been no response or action from the hotel staff, just promises. Imagine how stuffy it must be with the AC not working, and there's also no spoon provided to stir the coffee. Are you really told to stir with your fingers?

Friendly staff service, very clean room, bright bathroom, although the water is a bit clogged in the bathroom, the towels are no longer suitable for use in my opinion, the color is already shabby, a bit grayish but not musty, slow wifi, no netflix if you staycation. Everything else is ok .. clean friendly service, thank you I might stay there again, I recommend it. Only towels, wifi, and tv not smart tv that's all. I stayed in the deluxe type for 680 thousand

I've stayed here twice, the second time using the app. It offers easy access to Bukittinggi's delicious food spots. Even if you have to walk around, you'll be treated to views of Bukittinggi. Panoramic views, gardens, Jamgadang, and Fort Decock. It's a great option if you're going to BKT. Choose a deluxe room for more privacy, and pool access close to the back terrace door.
