Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

For our security and administration purpose we need you to provide few basic information :

1. Government-issued ID (photo/scan)
2. Number of people who are staying (male :X, Female:X Children:X) Total: X
3. Purpose of staying (vacation, business trip, visiting friend/family, or other)
4. Estimated check-in and check-out time.
5. Valid and contactable phone number.
Those informations above will be placed at security gate.

Standard check-in time 2pm, check-out time 12pm.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties, events or meetings are not allowed.
No loud noise, music or TV.
Parking only in the space provided.
Dress properly and politely when outside the home or public area.
Maintain cleanliness in the home and outside the home.
Smoking are allowed but please do note smoke in the bedroom & take care of your ciggarete butt, used an ashtry
provided.
Please do not eat or drink on the bed.
Place trash in the space provided.
Store and keep luggage in the house, such as sandals, shoes, etc.
Respect Neughbour & the local community.
Avoid suspicious activities that againts the Law such as:
-All types of criminals.
-Terrorism.
-Drugs.
-All types of prostitution.
-Human trafficking.
-Illegal goods trading.
Security has the right to take an action if guests violates againts the Laws.

Security has the right to ask for identity of each guest.

Guests must show the correct identity when booking or reported.

The number of guests staying must be according to those reported when booking.

Visitor that visit the guest must leave the residential area before 24:00.

Every visitor, including driver, friend, family, package / food delivery, must leave their identity at Security Gate, when entering the residential area and take it back when they leave.

The Security has the right to remind about the policy / rules of the residential area to every guest and visitor.

Security has the right to ask and stop activities that are considered suspicious.
