⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The facilities — especially the breakfast buffet and overall service — exceeded expectations. Location was convenient and made traveling around the city easy. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

first time experiencing hotel room using this portable AC unit. The window has to be opened to support the exhaust pipe. The road noise outside was really loud. I brought infant with me and they asked me to move to smoking room which the AC unit is working. TV was not working. Found roaches in the room and in the restaurant. Food option was bad. The taste was also bad.

I stayed on the 6th floor. The room was clean, the air conditioning was cool, and it was a comfortable place to rest with my wife. However, yesterday there was a "small concert" from the next room. Perhaps other guests who want to engage in romantic activities (M!) could lower their volume a bit to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.

I've been here a lot, and overall, it's been a good experience. The only problem with the wifi, though, has been a bit long. If you get the wrong room, the wifi is terrible. Also, the breakfast is lacking.

I stayed in room 618. The room's AC was broken, it was hot. I complained several times, but there was no solution. The scheduled stay was 4 days and 3 nights, but in the end I only spent 2 nights and moved to another hotel.

I had high expectations, hoping for a greeting from the bellboy upon arrival, but I just ignored them. The security guard was always late to guide me to park the car, the bathtub couldn't be closed so the water drain wasn't used, and when I tried to call the receptionist, no one answered. The bedsheets were dull, the towels were no longer white. But this is a nice hotel, not far from ICE BSD, and a great place to rest if there's an event there. The room attendants swear they're really clean, they cleaned the room right down to the narrowest crevices, clean, safe, and dust-free. The TV is great, you can use Netflix, and they've given you an account.
