The Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel Bali - Managed by Accor

The hallways were dark and the carpets smelled horribly.

Over many years we have stayed at the Heritage, but, no more. It seems like upkeep is not part of the Heritage or Accor group mantra. We booked the Junior Suite, for the balcony and the beach and street view. The room was lovely, but really showing signs of tiredness. Especially the bathroom. The glass and tiles are soiled our shower door would not stay shut, took 2 attempts are a whole afternoon to fix, and still not properly. Couldn't open shower or toilet door independently, didn't want to waste more time so just put up with it. Sink plug and drain mechanism also not functioning. Still we loved the balcony, and our bed, and extra space the Junior Suite gives. Breakfast has changed and gone downhill, food not hot, variety has changed, and in general, not the greatest selection as i was used to in the past. Pool bar and food, is very expensive, and you have to add 21% tax on top. The selection and quality of this has also changed for the worst. Staff are always a credit to the hotel, and it was good to see and be remembered by some of the older staff. A new hotel is being built in front of roof top pool, so when complete i imagine the Heritage will loose the views of the beach from the pool. In general staff a great, hotel is clean, but needs a lot of updating, and food and drink prices are far too expensive. Sorry Heritage you were my favourite hotel, for about 10 or more years, but, not anymore, and we wont be back.

An enjoyable nautical theme with great staff and suitable accommodations and pool facilities. Superior buffet breakfast and view. Regrettably a great deal of construction on the property hampers the view and atmosphere. The only issue with the rooms is the floors are not cleaned well with lots of dust build up visible under tables and vanity.

The hotel and front of house was amazing. The room was a little 1980s but still very nice and the balcony ocean view was magic. Construction next door was little annoying but it's something everybody has to get over. My only complaint was breakfast ..seemed understaffed and food was only ughh....yoghurts not good fruit not good and salad not fresh.

It was not as advertised. The hotel is under renovations and half the rooms are not available. The photos they use are when the hotel was first built. Now the trees which block the beach view have grown taller and you can’t see as well. the hotel has a ship theme which is cool but there were leaks in the ceiling of the hallways and a bad smell in the entrance which they try to hide with an over abundance of air fresheners. The breakfast is good. But the rooftop evening restaurant serves mediocre food and bad seafood in my opinion. And the water quality was pretty bad. I took a shower filter and I’ve provided a picture which is after only two showers. That shower filter was white. I can say on a good note the staff were nice and worked to try and accommodate us as we were not very happy with the accommodations. But until construction is completed I would stay away from this hotel. I think it will be a nice hotel once all the renovations are done.

Nice hotel. Walking distance to everything. Across the road from Kuta Beach

We stayed for 10 days at this Hotel. We had the lagoon pool access room which was private shared with only around 8 other rooms and caught the morning sun. The king bed was huge, rooms cold with aircon. TV stations were limited for movies etc. room made up everyday with cute towel designs. Bring your own conditioner as the shampoo/conditiioner is not good for longer hair. The pool on fourth floor had great sea views and access to a bar. Breakfasts had great variety and Resteraunt on top floor both had great food. One more formal and one more casual Overall the staff were efficient and responsive -great. Hotel is centrally located in Kuta.

Staffs are really good and friendly. The room condition is not very good, sinks get blocked all times.

The deluxe plunge pool room is definitely one of the best rooms in Bali! Private infinity pool (shallow) and terrace with great view! Staff were amazingly friendly and generous! Location was perfect with convenience store downstairs, beach across the street, and many restaurants and malls around. Will stay here again if i can!

Good location. Overall friendly staff throughout the hotel, rooftop bar/restaurant and spa also the security out front too. Definitely recommend.

The Kuta Beach Hotel was amazing. Located across the street from the beach. Lots of shopping from local vendors including food, drink and live music. Hotel staff was very helpful with any need and extremely polite. Room was large with balcony overlooking the beach.
