During my stay at this hotel, I had an amazing experience thanks to the excellent service provided. One aspect that I really appreciated was the flexibility of housekeeping time. As someone who prefers to relax in the morning and only start activities outside the hotel in the afternoon, I felt very helped by this policy. The hotel staff were happy to adjust their schedules and were willing to clean my room in the afternoon, giving me the comfort and freedom to enjoy my morning without being disturbed.
The cleanliness of the hotel room is also commendable. Every corner of the room is well maintained, and the good soundproofing ensures that I can rest peacefully without being disturbed by outside noise. The presence of Android TV in the room is a pleasant added value, allowing me to enjoy various entertainment easily. This really makes my rest time more enjoyable and satisfying.
In addition, the lounge facilities in the hotel lobby are my favorite place to relax. With the TV and musical instruments, I and other guests can enjoy time together, sing, and share happiness. This creates a warm and pleasant atmosphere, making my stay even more memorable.
The hotel also has an interesting partnership with Soto Ahri, giving guests the chance to sample Soto Ahri at an affordable price. This is one of the advantages that made me feel like I got more value during my stay here. The opportunity to enjoy delicious local cuisine without having to leave the hotel is an experience that I really appreciate.
Overall, this hotel provides an amazing stay experience with friendly service, complete facilities, and various conveniences that make me feel very appreciated as a guest. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

A small hotel close to the hospital, unfortunately, the rooms are quite small with very basic amenities, perhaps originally intended for boarding.
A suggestion for the doctor: perhaps adding a sink to the bathroom, given the bathroom's size, might be a good idea.

The hotel is clean, centrally located, and the food is delicious, but for facilities such as irons, you can't borrow them from the room, the service via chat is less responsive, the entrance is uphill and the parking is narrow, and it turns out you get a price that's not worth it if you order through the app, even though the price on the menu is cheaper if you order directly.

I chose this hotel because of the good reviews, clean, close to the hospital (anticipating children) & most importantly the room is smoke-free considering I brought a toddler. The staff is very friendly. I initially stayed for 2 nights, but ended up staying for 4 nights (only my belongings stayed for 1 night, we glamped somewhere else) because I was too lazy to bring carriers & clothes for a 1-week vacation in Garut. I didn't expect to get breakfast on Tuesday-Thursday even though I booked a room without breakfast. Thank you to all the hotel staff. Too bad I didn't have time to take pictures because I was busy with my belongings.

The best lodging discovery for those of us who are on a tight budget. But this is a cheap budget, the quality is not cheap. Starting from a very clean bathroom, cold air conditioning, a smart TV that works well. Basically, if you go to Garut, you will be a regular lodging here.
