Bagus, bersih, basic nya kost-kost-an gitu, dapet handuk tapi ga ada kipas jadi agak panas dikit, dapet selimut, colokan agak jauh sama kasur tapi ada meja kerja, kamar mandi oke, kamar mandi luar ya, tapi bersih, air lancar, overall nyaman buat singgah, tapi lokasi agak jauh dari kota, akses buat yang gak ada motor juga cukup PR, nyari makan harus ke luar komplek dulu, tapi ga apa-apa it's oke.
